In order for you to get answers as quick as possible, we have gathered the most frequently asked questions here. 

Q1. Early Check In?

Due to cleaning schedule, check-in is at 3pm and after. But you have 2 options:

  1. If arrive after 12:30pm, you can put your luggage in the room and wait until cleaning is done.
  2. If arrive before 12:30pm, you can put your luggage in the storage in the same building. It's free of charge. Once you make a reservation, storage information will be given to you.

Q2. Is it okay to check in very late?

Sure. this room is self check-in system. You can conveniently check in any time after 3pm.

Q3. How far from subway / airport?

  1. 1 min from Gangnam station Exit#1
  2. 60-90mins from Incheon airport by bus.
  3. 60-80mins from Gimpo airport by bus.

Q4. Discount available?

We offer monthly discount but no discount shorter than 1 month. If you are planning to stay more than 1 month, please contact mike by mike@mikehomes.com

Q5. Can I Park?

Yes. Parking is available but not for free. You can purchase parking ticket on weekdays from 10am till 8pm ($1.00/hour if you have a ticket). More information will be given to you once you make a reservation.

Q6. Late Check Out?

We can extend your check-out until 11:30am if you asked us at least one day in advance due to cleaning schedule.

  1. $10.00 fee will be added for staying until 12:30pm.
  2. $30.00 fee will be added for staying until 1:30pm.
  3. After 1:30pm, one full day charge will be added.

Q7. Portable Wifi in the room?

Yes. Portable wifi will be provided for free as well as home wifi.

Q8. Is your room equipped with cooking utensil?

Yes. Plates cups, pots, utensils along with basic seasoning such as oil, black pepper, salt and suger. Wine glass and wine opener as well.

Q9. Do you have washing machine or dryer?

Yes. We have both but I recommend using dry hanger provided in the room because dryer often does not work well. We also have a professional laundry service store on the first floor in the same building.

Q10. Can I stay with a pet?

Sorry - no pet is allowed in my room. $300.00 penalty will be added.
